My story

Hello,

My name is Lynda and I am a British baker from the United Kingdom. Moving to Korea to open the Little London Bakery is my dream and a journey of discovery. I love Korea – its people, the country, the language (I’m trying to learn)!

 

Since embarking on this journey 2 years ago, I have learnt so much, and the experience continues to unfold​. My love for baking and sharing my breads and cakes is my passion.

​I have been baking and creating for many years.  I am self-taught, used to baking in front of crowds of people at festivals and events – and even on television!

I also had my own organic café-bakery in a small Somerset village near my home for many years,
